I Like Metallica - So What !
A few years ago, I was told that I was too old to be a Metallica fan.
Why should age make a difference to the kind of music one likes?
As well as Metallica, I like The Carpenters, Alexander Borodin's music,
and many other composers, groups, etc. I guess you could say my
tastes are eclectic.
Anyway, I found this video clip of Metallica with the San Francisco
Symphony Orchestra, and couldn't resist trying to put it into a blog.

As a Cher lover...wow..look at her. 61!
I went to see her in Bakersfield,Ca. for her final tour (or atleast for now..lol) she still looks and dresses, and sings like a 20 year old Cher. Why Not?
My boys get embarassed when I pull up to pick them up with rap music on..ha..ha
I love all kinds of music too!! From rap to rock, to cuban, to jazz to country to clasical!

Guns N roses?
On a tour they did out here to Melbourne they just about broke the sound barrier
Wasn't there, but heard about it . A town some miles away could hear the
music.

Hi Guys,
I'll even admit to enjoying some of Eminem's stuff, especially
"Cleaning out my Closet"
Prefer the older Metallica stuff, though - didn't really like "St Anger" much
at all.
There's plenty of great music around from the Rock era, that's for sure.

Hey who says we're too old?! Just let these juveniles step up. I like Molly Hatchet, .38 Special, Van Halen, Pink Floyd, Aerosmith and all classic Rock. If anything they are too young LOL! They are forgetting we Boomers are THE rock and roll generation!
