Have you ever walked into your home, laid your keys down, and then.... cant find them when it's time to go again? Vamboosh! Poof! Lost in mid air! ? Or..sunglasses? To find their resting on top of your head. Is it just me?

Has it ever happened to you?

You have worked long and hard on a blog, or other online content, babied it, nurtured it, tweaked it, loved it, others were starting to love it, and then

VAMBOOSH!

POOF!

It's Gone With The Wind

Forever into Cyber World!

Yes, it happened to me the other day.  My mishap reminded me of all the things that I do accuse this imaginary thing called  "Mid Air" of taking it away.

This paticular blog that I spent tons of time on is Lost In Space.

I went in to change something, saved it and It's Gone!  I arrowed back to see my history, No Bueno!

Hmm..Did I accidentally Hit The Clear button beside the Save button, and then the Save button after the clear button......

How it happened..."BUTT WhO NoSE"

No Seriously, "But who knows"

Better than

"Crying Over Spilt Milk"

Rather laugh than to go"Moo Whoo"

So, since we are on the subject

What is the worst thing you ever lost On-Line or Off-Line.

How about the worst thing you ever lost...period.

Have you ever had something in your hand one minute, got side tracked, and then cant' find the darn thing?

Are looking for your sun glassses, to find, their resting on the top of your head.

Hear your cell phone, and know it's close by, but Where The _ ?__

For goodness sake..it's in my blue jean pocket.

Okay,Okay..maybe is just me. Or is it?

Experts  (those who have simply learned through trial and error)  Help!

My lesson learned, well atleast when it comes blogging, maybe not for my keys or sunglasses.  Where are they, by the way?

For the computer, Save, save and save some more.  I think it would have been a good idea to save the typed part of my blog to a document, for quick recovery.

P.S. I must be jinxed today, 2nd time I wrote this blog too..lol.

Okay 3 is a charm, I had better quit while I'm ahead.

Over 2 decades, a lucky guy is told that his bracelet, lost as a child, was found!

Hi Lisa, Saw your post pop up and thought that you still hadn't found the keys - it was a long time ago that you lost them.

But all seems well - but I cant get the link to work

Just cleared up the studio and found ALL SORTS OF LOST THINGS!! LOL

Hey Yall! Forgot to mention an article that I read about last month.
Speaking of things you loose, and then mysteriously find later, this is amazing.

How about your childrens bracelet missing for 20 years, and then turning up in a chickens gizzard..lol. Sounds silly, but it's the truth.

Here is the story.

Yep, I'm normal too. So glad to learn this, because I keep losing things,
and wondering what the h... I came to this room for.
Senior moments are obviously spreading......

I do that all the time too. I also find that the best way to find something is to lose something else. Then, when looking for that, I find the original thing. Never mind. I recently heard of a woman who spent ten minutes clearing room in her fridge for the toaster, until she realised what she was doing. Hearing that made me feel a lot better!

Lol..Spare Key, great idea!

I really thought my car was stolen one time. My kids and I walked through the grocery parking lot to know avail, with our buggy full of groceries. We even split up to see if we could solve the caper.

Do you recall seeing the Wagon in the Wizard of Oz movie.
That's exactly what was parked in front of my compact car. It was not there when I first arrived, but had parked beside me while I was in the store.I walked by it several times, and even made a comment

I never lose my keys.
I leave them in the car.
I keep another set in my pocket in case I lock myself out.
M biggest problem is remembering where I parked the car.

You all are making my day! I'm so happy to hear that I'm not the only one who does these kind of thing...ha..ha.

Sherri Ann, that's just too funny! Just the fact that you did not even notice your purse was missing..ha..ha. You sound so much like me. I'm just glad that you did not loose a large amount of money, and that this person was kind enough to leave your personal id behind. Going to the DMV can be a hassle in it self.

I left my purse on the hangar in the ladies restroom stall a

The worst is when I spend ten minutes getting more and more panicky while I hunt for my keys, only to realise I am holding them in my left hand. Yes, it happens quite often. I am hopelessly absent minded.

I left my purse at the newspaper stand a couple of weeks ago, and did not even miss it until i got a call. I was gonna reward the caller with the cash inside $10 or $15, but the money was gone. Just thank full to get my license and credit card

Believe me there are times when I've misplaced my entire MIND, so don't feel so bad, Lisa! :)

I have a habit of always leaving the cell phone in the car, then I can't find it!

Oh yes, I certainly have lost my car keys!

My favourite trick is slipping them into my pocket or bag when I get out
of the car, then forgetting to hang them on their hook just inside the
back door.
Go to get them next time I need them - PANIC ! They're not where
they should be. If they're not in the bag, what did I wear last time
I drove, are they in the washing machine? You know how it goes...... LOL

LOL!

I have lost work that I spent hours on...for it to just vanish. I have learned that if it doesn't auto save...I will right click and copy every so often....JUST IN CASE! Nothing will make you crazier just to lose something in thin air!!

And I am so glad to know that I am not the only one to lose keys and cell phones....ahahahahahahaha! Thought I was the world's worse!
