Coming alive in Apsense

When I first joined Apsense it was on recommendation from a very close friend. I joined to help with referrels and a remote possibility of finding a really great site. For a couple of weeks i hardly came near it and to be honest it truly did seem like a very confusing set up ( I am easily confused :) ) But being the kind of curiosity driven person I am, I persevered with the site a little at a time. I began to find various features and much better than that I began to discover a whole new world of unique people. I am not a big business person. I have a couple of sites that feature things I have an interest in, particularly my diet site but I am not making lots of money so I was quite amazed that I should be welcomed here and listened to also. I am now beginning to make friends here and enjoy the extremely interesting, diverse and wonderful writing of others at Apsense. I have found this place to have a very different atmosphere than anywhere else I have been on the internet. It is refreshing and welcoming and has an honest feel to it. The people here are warm, bright, funny, normal and kind which is completely different from my expectations of high powered, busy people who would take little interest. I was wrong and I am glad I was wrong because I now feel I have found a place for me. A place within a wonderful new community.

Apsense has gone from being a site I nearly gave up on to my favourite place to be ... I am hooked :)
