Everyone needs people in there downline on traffic exchanges.  How do you get them?

Should you really waste your time advertising traffic exchanges on other traffic exchanges?

NO.  I mean does it really make since.  You may get one or two people this way.  You need way more.  So you can spend less time surfing and more time working. 

I mean don't you need the traffic exchanges to premote your own business.  This is what it is for.  I suppose a traffic exchange is a business.  Even so there has to be a better way of getting people on your downline.
