There is just one thing. How do you get people to join your particular business? And not just any people. You need Quality Individuals that really are ambitious and go getters. You also want to build a relationship with people and find out what there goals are and how serious they are about being in business for them selves. Because, with them you can grown an outstanding team of people that are willing to put the time and energy into your business as well as there own.
