Adding RAM to a PC
It is possible to add additional RAM to PCs depending upon what kind of RAM it is and how many slots are available. PC RAM's current commercial avtaars and available in a few formats - SD RAM (older and slower), DDR RAM, Rambus DRAM (comes in DIMM and RIMM Modules).
So to deploy additional RAM, you need to figure out the following:
1. Type of RAM
2. No. of available slots
3. If the slots are not available then if it is possible to get a higher configuration RAM for the available slot which may result in your successful RAM upgrade.
