Together everyone achieves more...
We all have heard about this a number of times. But why it happens that as a team it is easier to achieve whatever one would like to?
Normally what do we understand by the word TEAM. A group of people having a common goal...does that mean a group of people waiting at the airport lounge constitutes a team as all of them want to travel?
Definitely not, of course all the members of the group do have a common purpose but they are not focussed towards a common goal. Each one has a different direction and a different reason to go. And maybe none of them is least bothered about the other. In a team all the team members have a common target and all of them are very focussed to achieve that. All work in the same direction to acheive that and since the efforts of all the team players are combined so the results are pretty understood.
I had been lucky enough to be introduced to a great team by Reislet ( Apsense member - a very helpful person ) that is working gradually towards the success of all the team players. We all know the way internet marketing works - Your success depends upon the efforts you put in and the dedication you have but being in a focussed team will definitely help in hastening the results.

You are very much correct the strenght and the bondness which is their in the togetherness is the great. You can be very much successful if this continue, but with cautios.
