My comment: I can tell you from my live experience, that is easy to do ; )
2. Find something that really works for you.
My comment: That is very hard, but if you insist you will find it, finally!
3. Look at yourself as to an expert (after failing first).
My comment: This employs education and knowledge; so here coaches have a word to say.

 Hi Coach, I agree with your golden rule I used to have a simular rule as an ex sales manager our rule was "Fail your Failures fast" if we recruited someone to the business and we identified that they were not going to be succesfull then it was kinder to them to get them out of the business asap. we all have that little bit in there that tries to convince us that we can help someone to succeed in spite of themselves.
