I truly believe that Customer Service is the number one way to make or
break a business. It's really very simple... If there's a problem, fix
it. If your customer isn't happy, make them happy. Happy customers make
repeat customers.

Be Gracious
Whatever you sell, whether digital or tangible products, your customers
are your businesses life line. Being gracious is so important. Showing
your customers that you are grateful for them is so easy. Send out
thank you notes or offer them a personal discount for repeat business.

I agree, great info. Taking that little extra time, to show your referals and/or customers that they are appreciated, can make all the world of differnce in most cases.
When I can, I like to give some kind of reward to my downline. If I can't do it money wise, from time to time, I bring my downline a referal for them. Also, a small token of appreciation, it does not have to cost an arm and a leg, but just something mailed to them to know that they mean a lot to you.
