What must I do!

6 month ago i found this site. I think maybe this is one site i can make money from internet.  I jusk clik ad for more point and earn money.  When i found something news about another site i forgot that old site i found. One day i saw one of member yahoo group send my email ask join this site.  I login this site.  I'm so suprised b'coz i have so many refferals in my downline.  Unfortunatelly i'm still do not know how to change my point to cash money.  Anybody know how to do it. Please..
