Let's Talk about Overhead When Looking at a Business

OK so here you are looking for a home business. You see all the hoopla all the promises they get you all jacked up telling you they’ll do 99% of the work and you’ll make all this money. First of all this is TOTAL BULL _____ I think you know the second word there. Also, there are companies out there boasting about how they have 400 operators standing by to take your orders 24/7, woo hoo! What does that mean to you, that means the company has to pay all those 400 operators, they have to put them in a building, they have to heat and air condition that building they have to provide health benefits, workers comp, vacation time, maternity leave etc. Are you feeling me here? Where does all this money come from that they are paying these 400 operators that are standing by??? It comes out of YOUR compensation plan. That company may be 20 years old but it is not stream lined by any means. Then there is another company that just had a huge building built cost millions of dollars. There new “Corporate Headquarters” who cares! More than half of the distributors in that company will never go to that building. So why do they need that huge building? Because they are greedy and have egos. They also have a private jet and guess where that money comes from too? Yup out of the COMP plan that should be getting paid to you the distributor. But nope they’d rather boast how they have this huge building and a private jet. The only ones getting rich in that company are the owners. You’ve got to look into things like this before you fall for all the hoopla that is out there. I know there are some pretty good presentations going on that may get you all excited but DO NOT FALL for it. It’s crazy in the world of Network Marketing if you’re not careful! Get with a 5 Pillars Company and you’ll be fine. So look out for overhead. Ask questions, ask to see the Policies and Procedures, don’t just sign on the dotted line. Be CAREFUL!
