This is a low impact workout with three different levels: Start It Up, Ramp It Up and Burn It Up. It also includes Slim and Limber (stretching) and Slim and Six Pack (abs).

You do the workout six days a week for six weeks, eat right and drink lots of water. If you do all of those things, you will see amazing results by the end of the six weeks!!

I lost 15 pounds and 18 inches the first time I did it!
