1.            Exercise. It shouldn’t be a rigorous workout, but light daily exercises will definitely help decrease the levels of stress and release endorphins into your body. An important moment is to get your body moving to free your mind from stressful thoughts.

Breathe deeply. Whenever you feel overwhelmed, try breathing as deep as possible and stay aware of your breathing throughout the day.
