Opportunity
:
The company (what is the business world saying about the company).
The industry (trends…will there be money to be made long-term) (What does the
trade magazine for the industry say about the company).
The products (are they unique in the marketplace; are they consumable, and are
they in demand and will they be in demand long-term).
The compensation plan (we have a video you can watch on how we get paid). Developing
a compensation plan that enables the “average” person to have success is important.
You….the question that is never asked, but is the most important one “Can I do
this?”….is there training and support ongoing, or am I really on my own if I start
this?
More importantly:
· Retrace your steps: What did you like doing as a child, what were your dreams
of “becoming” when you were growing up….are you fulfilling those dreams today?
· Identify what really matters: We must all live by our “values”.
· Get deep: Are you part of a solution? Is improving the lives of others important
to you?
· Explore: Do your research….most people don’t know that there are THOUSANDS of
possibilities…and making money is not the #1 consideration…remember your values
as you explore!
· Try it on for size: “shadow” someone who is doing what you want to do….take
a “test drive” (as we like to say….and you can do that with USANA as well).
· Listen to your heart: What would you enjoy doing so much that you would do it
for free? Finding your passion is what this is all about!
· Peel away the layers: Working in an unfulfilling career can cause you to make
adaptations to your behaviors and belief systems which can impact confidence and
self-esteem -- two things you need in order to make smart decisions for yourself.

smart enough." "You have to have a lot of experience to do that.") and get to

The company Richard was working for was bought out for its customer base...he was
told that if he wanted to remain with the company WE would have to move to either
California or Colorado....and trust me, the company was not going to increase our
