It is an old recipe from my homeland and everybody loves it.
It is made of flour, eggs, milk or water (pastry) and then fille with s specially prepared cottage cheese. Can be cooked in boiling water or baked in the oven.
At the end you can add fried breadcrumbs or poppy or marmelade, jam or any cooked fruit.
Could be made with sugar but fo those who prefer non-sweetened food you can prepare it with salt only.
