This Network is owned by Colin Klinkert, a well know marketer. It has some restrictions for free members like article posting. Allthough I am a free member myself I like that since I do no have to wade through tons of crap to find good articles. The free options offer plenty opportunities to promote. The forum needs to be cleaned up but there is a feature to mail your personal downline. We do not have that on APSense anymore (the bulletins remember) and I miss those so I will start building a downline on the Viral Networks. There is an affiliate program and a credits system.
