Here is an old horoscope of mine, that I saved. I read it from time to time, as a reminder...
Wanting something to be a certain way is fine - - but until you commit yourself to putting forth all the effort required to make it that way, you mustn't feel desperation. Any discomfort you're feeling about the fact that things aren't the way you want them to be isn't anger at the world -- it's anger at yourself. Make sure that you're placing blame where it belongs. Waiting for things to fall into place is a waste of time.

Life is about doing, not waiting. If your life is not what you want it to be, take a look at what you are doing or not doing, and try something new. If what you are doing is not working, then it is a waste of time to keep doing it because you will just keep getting the same result.
