Since you asked, I am going to be brutally honest. I think the little kitties are an emotional trigger as they are so cute. I do know a lot of women use traffic exchanges and they should appeal to that crowd like candy to schoolkids. What I didn't see, is explicitly why I should use this exchange to build my business more than any of the thousands of others out there. I would like to see more about conversions than traffic supplied by advertising blind zombies clicking far into the night to earn more credits.

In my opinion the page looks ok, I think you already made some changes regarding Warrens critics.
If I would see this ad somewhere, I would like this little cute cat, but I don't think I would join.
There is nothing really special there. I cannot tell you what you can add that would me want to join this site. Sorry for this.

I know it's a small thing, but you only have 2 seconds. Instead of coming off like a mind reader, I would change, "Here's what you HAVE been looking for" to "Here's what you SHOULD be looking for". Purely psychological trigger analysis.
