All great leaders, use inspiration without intimidation or manipulation to move their people into action. If a leader needs to use either of these coercive methods, it means either his motives are not pure or his goal is not honorable. Such “leaders” are not leaders, but exploiters who use people for their own selfish gain or misguided causes.
