To make a long story short and set the stage for how I become a fan of Joan Jet.

Back when I was still wild and spent a few years discovering myself and America by thumb and Bus and Bike. I got off a bus in Tahoe California I come across a group of very wild girls who were all about having fun so we camped for a couple of days out near the lake and partied. Not knowing who they were to become and especially this girl. We become really good friends in just a couple of days and I got to listen to Joan around the campfire tell her most intimate dreams of becoming loved by the world.

All I can say is Joan, you lived that dream and I thank you for sharing it with me . Because of the free spirit and reckless abandon we were experiencing at the time I would say that my life was changed forever on that weekend.
