If I understand it correctly, Helen, all we need is for the people present in the skype group to all have a microphone. I have been in such groups, there were several people talking using voice, and skype shows us who's talking, of course everyone can talk at the same time

Yes you can have conference calls but have found that when you get too many in there it gets hectic with people talking at the same time - the most I use it for is 4 - 5 at a time - otherwise if it's more than that then I use a webinar platform like goto meeting and there is a free one anymeeting
