I would defenately say design your own. Your splash will stand out from the crowd, especially when it is a service promoted by many. You have the oppertunity to ad an optin form attached to your auto responder. However it takes quitte a lot of time to set it all up. Allthough worth the trouble I can't do it for all i am a member of but I do this for my main oppertunities. There are TE's that have tons of splash pages and banners, even personal ones. But there are also TE's that have only a few that are used for years and years. For the last it may also be worthwile to create your own.

You need to stand out of the crowd... with so many promoting generic affiliate pages and splashes... you need to be able to brand yourself and be different. I do this with Adkreator:
