@ galib yes joomla have a lot components and plugins we can use for free. use all their resources makes our website more "powerful".
@ paris bluevoda layout and tools just like front fage from microsoft , yes long time ago i use it to learn html but i turn to joomla because their more dynamic. so for other please do try try that suits you. Good luck!
