It is so powerful that it outdoes months of work to get yourself branded on the internet. It is so powerful that it pulls your other pages with your name or your brand on it, to the top of the search engines. That is just one benefit. The other is that you are building your online reputation through testimonials. When your customers, associates, mentors, advisors etc give you good karma, it is like having a testimonial page. You can put your ikarma seal on your other pages to demonstrate your trustworthiness. Higher ratings also get you rated higher in the ikarma network. Yes, it is another networking opportunity. You also get more status by giving karma to others. Truly what karma is all about, dontchya think? Oh, and its a publically traded company - I'd recommend buying stocks, cuz this could get HUGE! | Janet, I just googled your name, and WOW! Not sure if you noticed or not, but you have a TON of competition. I am in Canada, so when I search your name, I get Janet Matthews, editor for Chicken Soup for the Canadian Soul... all over page 1 - pretty stiff competition there...
