About our Business
Hello – my name is Janet Matthews and I would like to welcome you to my APSense Business Center.
I have called my Business Center LIVE FOR A CHANGE because over the last 4 years since I took early retirement my motto has been “Live for a Change and Make Your Dreams a Reality.”
Live for a Change is also the name of my blog - which over the last 12 months has, ironically, been in a constant state of change as I decide how to use it and also how to get the most out of it.
A passion of mine has always been my interest in Holistic Health. I believe that in order to “Live” for a Change, we must first and foremost look after our health in body mind and spirit.
With that in mind I have been working on a website called The Art of Living Resources. It is very much in its infancy but I hope eventually it will become a valuable resource for people with an interest in alternative health and lifestyle.

Your Healthy Options that has lots of advice on general health topics as well as weight loss and child health.
