That series was awesome for the 8-year-old I was when it played on TV, translated in French, in the 70s.

It was called "Alerte dans l'espace". Yes, Alert in Space. I know, corny title. Not for me at the time ! :D
The musical theme was awesome.
When I start making serious money soon thanks to my IM efforts, I will buy the DVD series. I'm sure my 8-year-old twin boys will love the scenes when the UFOs appear. The sound they made was fascinating.
Don't be purists and tell me there's no sound in space.
Hush. If you reveal that information to the general public, you'll destroy a whole section of the entertainment world. LOL
