Help, I'm spamming myself

Anyone else receive spam from your own email address?
Because of the horrible, antiquated POP3 email standard, it's very easy to spoof (fake) an email address. It's also very hard to trace where it actually came from.
I have been receiving Pharma spam from myself recently(what am I trying to tell myself?)Normally I would report and delete the email but I don't want to be known as a spammerSo what can I do about this?
The domain is based out of Russia which is not too promisingdomain info is hidden and I can't find any real contact info.They have offices in India and Texas but it's still too far for me to travel
hmm, What's this? Canadian offices in Kingston, OntarioThat's not too far away, perhaps I should fight Spam with SPAM?by that I mean
1. Buy SPAM? (a canned meat product from Hormel)2. Travel to Kingston, Ontario3. Fill offender's mail box (snail mail box) with SPAM?4. Enjoy the taste of a micro-brewed beer and some sweet revenge
I know it won't solve my problem but at least I'll have a smile on my face

If you send me the headers i can probably work it out for you.

Do you have your own web site with cpanel access?
If so I can tell you how to stop things.

Thanks for the offer but I have deleted the recent ones. and it was my gmail not one of my domains. I just think that gmail should be able to filter these and even better block the whole domain that sends it.

Hey Warren do you mean the ones that show up with Me at the beginning, they are an aggravation and the only way so far that I have found is to delete them.

Hi Chris,

yeah, short name in gmail is me but details shows it is actually my email. They can actually have any name instead of me appearing, that's the problem with POP3, it's relatively easy to fake the names because there is no authentication system to check it

Have you tried redirecting it through Outlook?

@Chris
No, I haven't it. I don't even use Outlook anymore, I usually use gmail even if the email is for one of my domains (Google apps free)
