If you are looking for targeted leads try twitter search engines.
There are a number of them out there. Some well allow you to search for keywords in discussions on twitter such as Twitter Search and others will allow you to search keywords entered in Twitter users profiles such as Tweep Search. When you use Tweep search you can download the search results to a csv file.
If you use gmail download the Rapportive plugin. This allows you to instantly know what social media sites people belong to that send you email. I love it because if you belong to list building services like Triple Your List you can mouse over the email addresses you receive and Rapportive shows you links to facebook, twitter and linked in etc.
