Did you create your own web site or did someone else?

I am just learning frontpage. I don't really like Dreamweaver, but I know it can do more. I would really like to learn flash so I have swish. What programs are other using?
Front Page may seem primitive to some, but I find it the most user friendly. I have tried all the free builders, but I couldn't place stuff exactly where I would want it.
A few times I have met designers that always flaked! And would just drop off the face of the earth, these were newbies so I am sure they were overwhelmed because I have a fairly big site. In the past week I have taught myself about drop downs and how they link to the sites and form text boxes which help keep my pages a tad shorter than a long list. It only took me a few mnths to realize it is functional after publishing. ADUH, but I did it!
I have also joined a few programs that set me up with web pages, but I am not involved with those any longer.
Anyway I just wondered what everyone else uses?

I use ready made website. All you have to do is to put contents on it.
