The latest business to find themselves on the wrong side of a civil judgment for a security breach is Texas Loan company, EZ Pawn. Attorney General, Greg Abbott has scored again. In Addition to $600,000 in civil penalties, EZ Pawn is required to implement security procedures including employee training.
