CO-OP of 3,000 will be divided into FIVE groups of 600 people. The
first group of 600 will be paid 140% dividend of the share value - see

Here's the plan - if the Co-Op starts in September.
Aug 15th make Co-Op payment $400 for the September National Co-Op.
