A teeny tiny little flash drive could end up being the source of embarrassment for thousands of couples.  A doctor at Minnesota's Reproductive Medicine Center lost a flash drive containing details of patient treatments going back to 1999.

Officially there is no financial or social security information on it but it was not encoded or password protected.  Anyone who finds it can simply plug it into their computer and have access to all of this information.
