A System needs to be adaptable to suit individual circumstances and abilities. For example a company that i represent has a "System" but has multiple strategies within that system (Web sales, Markets, Fundraising, Retail, 100 Newspaper strategy, Home shopping/Party plan) etc. There are also other businesses out there with similar systems and approaches.
Be cautious of a system that does not allow for flexibility - Unlike robots, we all have individual strengths and weaknesses and we should not be pressured into doing something in a way we do not feel comfortable with.
Remember - Systems are duplicatable - PEOPLE are not.
