Creating a Dynamic Capture page with tracking is crucial to your list building.

This is where many of us start making a list of contacts.

The page with a good idea of what they are signing up for, then you know
when you get a lead its going to be a productive lead.

This page needs to be hooked up to a reliable Autoresponder, this does not
need to be a costly process.

The best Lead Capture I use is Cumada, its $12.95 for a detailed Capture page
with no html to learn.

Just learning to get a capture or lead page getting going is a work to master let
alone learning html and all the bits that go with this process.

To learn the basics I do recommend wholeheartedly getting some training
at CMU7, they will assist your efforts and its no cost.
