The story of two frogs

Normally I'm not a "cut and paste" person, but occasionally you come across something that's too good not to share. For the second time now someone has shared this with me. This is one of the few things that I continually pass on. The moral of this story should touch each of us.

A group of frogs were traveling through the woods, and two of them
fell into a deep pit. When the other frogs saw how deep the pit
was, they told the two frogs that they were as good as dead. The
two frogs ignored the comments and tried to jump up out of the pit
with all their might. The other frogs kept telling them to stop,
that they were as good as dead. Finally, one of the frogs took
heed to what the other frogs were saying and gave up. He fell down
and died.

The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could. Once again,
the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and just die. He
jumped even harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the
other frogs said, "Did you not hear us?" The frog explained to
them that he was deaf. He thought they were encouraging him the
entire time.

Most of us tend to be like the first frog. We need to be more like the second one.

That story has more implications in Internet marketing than almost any other method of earning a living. When you first start IM or MLM, you want to tell all your friends and family. After a while, they get to the point of wanting to avoid you so they don't have to listen to the spiel of sales talk they know they are going to hear from you.
Do what I did, I waited until they could see some results and then they started asking ME about how and what I was doing. It is much easier to show that something works if you have proof. Screen captures can be doctored and checks can be made up.

But true Integrity and trust cannot be forged! If you say something, make sure you can back it up. If you make a promise, hold yourself to it! Trust takes time and proof of Integrity takes even longer. You will not make a million in a week unless you hit the lottery or gain an inheritance, so the best way to get what you want is to work for it! You will have more respect for what you earn than what is given freely!
