Hey Jeff,

I didn't see any place for introductions so I started one, I hope that is ok.

My name is CatHead and I'm an artist too. I work with airbrush alot (to pay my bills) but I also work with traditional media too. I also create digital artwork and graphics too.

Nice to meet you, I hope this group will become active and artists can come and share experiences and resources.

Good idea for a topic.

My name is Jenny and I run an Angel Workshop called Alas y Cia *Wings and Co. in Granada, spain. Run means there are two of us and I get to be in charge LOL We have a web site which is in my sig. link and sell the angel figurines and nativity sets on the Web and at arts and craft markets and to shops.

The big deal for us is / not only is everything hand made and hand painted / we use nothing at all that is made using exploited labour. No imported materials, etc etc. Everything that goes into our angels is spanish made and by people working in proper conditions EXCEPT ME and I consider myself to be totally exploited! LOL

I also started the Artists and Artisans Place Group here which you are all invited to join if you are not already members

Hello All, my name is Rae, known around here as mizrae. I'm an artist of a different caliber...I can create or build something as long as I have the directions. NO free hand for me! Wait, I take that back, I can crochet a hat that is my own pattern. Perhaps this is not the club for me, but I've always wished I could be a free hand artist.
