Apsense business center tip

by Indrit Shkodra
Indrit Shkodra Senior
I think that the business center of apsense is great. But the problem i think
it is having is due to its same overall layout.

Why do i suppose this??
Because there are those simple templates that we can use. It's not that they are
annoying. But they are always the same and so don't give you the opportunity to
give and express your own idea.

Maybe the owners should obligate us to use some of their adverts and allow user
full freedom of creating style and layout. Then they could approve it after checking.

So what is my point?
It is all about having more traffic to our products.I even never check biz exchange.

I hear you! i'm doing my best to dress mine up and show it off with video ect. But the sameness effect can dampen how creative you can really be- I'm sure the smart folks here will figure it out! :)

PS
If you've been to the Business Exchange lately you will see that many sites haven't even been worked on so perhaps this might be a reason to "keep it simple" for now... I just hope my BC isn't boring, I've been been doing stuff to it all week! :)

I agree Peaceful.
Till everyone gets really active with their ABCs and recognize the extreme benefit from full creating one, using all the resources available there, it would not be fair to ask the Apsense team to spend additional time on creating 'pretty' templates.
We also have full opportunity at the ABC to direct visitors to our other sites that are highly creative.

I think the ABC templates are fine. They are great for people that don't have any idea on how to build a web page. It allows newbies to get their feet wet and have a web presence at the same time.

I'm prety happy with what I came up with. I think to have more choice of layouts might be nice. Maybe that can be done some day soon. And then for some who know how to 'pimp their pages' like on myspace or do an actual website html etc... that no doubt can be an option.

I saw on one member's abc....tht there was a background and the basic layout was on top of that the way the page is framed within the whole monitor screen width... there's a border on each side. I saw a soft design of a background! I don't know how she did this ... maybe I should go back and see it again?

Yes, I'd be interested in seeing that too beth. Do you remember who's biz center it was? Usually you can see how they do it by viewing the source code in your browser.
I'm experimenting in biz center with framez, so it's pretty different than the rest, you can see how to do it by viewing the source :P

Have a great week

You can put background images and other bells and whistles into your html code of your ABC. I have changed mine a few times, and still need to play around with it because depending on the image, it can change the way the page displays. Some codes don't "stick" either - including background images, and tracking code. I put a little bit of code in to track where my traffic is coming from - and it has to be re-inserted everytime I make any change.

I have stopped messing with it, but if you have the patience, I'd suggest keep playing with your code - there's no telling what you can do!

Hi, I have a question.
Do you contact at least 10,000 Marketers a day with your ads?

Because that is exactly what my computer is doing for me right now... Im not at home; I'm at the lake with my 2 young boys.

If 1 sale per thousand contacts earns me 75.00, Then I will make 750.00 today! Every Day! How much a day would that be for your product?
