I use to work with a company named then byNina now named nina brazil sport.Anyhow they were suppose to have given something in return for my credit that i have with them.I have been trying to get my exchange handled since Feb. and nothing. They give me the run around ,and don't call me back or email, nothing.I am fed up with trying to handle this in a nice way.The bad thing is they are a wholesale company now,am worried they may screw someone else too(excuse my language).Does anyone know where I can report this company.I am in TX and they are in Florida,so I cant go over there. They use to be a direct selling company, but now are in wholesale. What can I do about this matter.Any help is appreciated.Thank you

Also contact the Better Business Bureau. I would also go to www.myflorida.com and see if there is a way to report them to whoever is in charge of commerce for the state. Otherwise I would reccommend getting a good lawyer if you can afford it.
