I think that age is a state of mind. I know people that are in their 30's that are older than ones in their 70's. It all boils down to how you live your life and what direction you want to grow old with. Have fun and be happy in what ever you do in life. The rest will take care of it's self. I plan to be young at heart forever even if the outer me shows signs of my age.
