Think You're Trained for a Half Marathon?

You enjoy jogging, and sincerely desire to give a half-marathon a shot. Essentially, before starting this sort of training program, you have been running for a few months minimum, and about ten miles per week. It's suggested that you are most recently cleared for the trial of a 13.1 mile run (22 km), by your Healthcare Professional .
