Hmmmm just a thought.... How does the rotation of sites in the BCE work?

The Business Centres we see in the BCE are they from accross the board or only from within the people we have connected to ?

Initially i thought they were from accross the whole APsense site, but after seeing several sites multiple times i began thinking that they may just be from within my own subscribed contacts.

Hi guys,

Actually, I have seen both of your websites quite often myself. And I do not believe you guys are my contacts. The sites I see some are and some are not my contacts. I think the exchange shows your website on how much you surf it. But, I have been known to be wrong. LOL

This is a very important question for me too.
I'm looking for the ABC sites almost ones a day... to know and also to get business exchange points.
Some websites appear two times in one session.... some never seen
(my own for example got only 5 votes in 1 week).
And the websites are mostly NOT from my contacts.
I think there is a system, but I still didn't find out WHICH system it is.

Hi Eric,

I know the sites are not restricted to your own contacts as I have seen many that are not in my network or in my contacts list.

However I agree with your observation that some are shown more than others and I am going to request clarification on why this is so.

If the members dont allow it to be seen in the setup my business center area then we wont have many to see.

Publish to Business Exchange: Yes No

This option is default to no, so we have a few ABC sites viewed the rest are hidden from the exchange.

This unfortunatly does not expalin why some sites are coming up often and others rarely. Is there a reason for this?

I agree it seems to be be the same sites often but i have only started using business centre so was not 100% sure till i use it more often
then i can see better.

I talked to the programmers and they said its not in any order its random because at this time not many have it turned on to be seen in the exchange the more that turn it on the less we will see repeats.

Are votes counted if they are given a second and third time for the same ABC.....

I have already posted supports answer to this, But, I can't find it right now. We all get "one" vote per business site. But, we can change that "one" vote. Example you give someone a 7..then they improve it , so the next time you raise them to an 8...you are only adjusting your original vote. Lynn

well i`ve turned my Biz Centre off, it`s pretty obvious some not so honest person/s are voting some ABC`s down. That and the fact that all my content mysteriously VANISHED!!! Not amused about that I tell you, as far as people voting again, well I had that happen and they voted me a 4 or less, I know this doing simple maths and the content was still there at that stage. One more vote of again, less than 4 yesterday made me check my Biz Centre and well ... not a wonder I got a low score .... hahhahha ... nothing at all on the home page!!

I won`t be publishing my Biz Centre again if this is what happens, after the initial rush of people, i`ve had about 5 votes over 1½ weeks and they`ve mostly been 4 or less so until the system can be tweaked to weed out these "down-voters" ... I won`t even bother.
