Do not pay some one else to clean up your pc
if all it is, is files and just a bit cramped.

Here are some things every computer user should be doing.

Scan disk (in accessories)
Defragment.(in accessories)
Anti-virus (reliabable software & updated regular)I like AVG.
Adaware (Adaware SE is good)
Spyware.(Spybot Search and Destroy is good)

One freeware site I can recommend for open sources
is download.com.

They have a great search tool, one thing one must remember
when looking here is simply do not look at the top results
only.
The results from your search are not right at the top.

Be careful with freeware sites but this one I do know as
reliable.

Don't forget cleanup for temp files etc.
And the best anti-virus Eset and Kaspersky are considered the best there is, worth their weight in gold.
A very good defragger is recommended, windows own is not that great.
And do check disk once a week, and file checker sfc /scannow from time to time
I have found most PCs are cluttered with temp files, that is where Cleanup works well
as I am often called upon worldwide to remote and repair PCs.
And yes a good registry cleaner is needed.
