It distresses me to see unrelated spam on questions such as this "How to prevent teenagers suicide?" For me first and foremost is the parental monitoring of their children's activities, put away the phones and devices during meals and opportunities to communicate, Monitor their Behvarior on and offline, Look for changes, the signs, mood changes, etc. Educate yourself, learn and teach them. about the dangers of social media. Here to help

Make your ''teen'' stressfree. If you feel some unusual behavior on your teen, you must talk to him and try to listen carefully to him and also try to understand what he or she wants to say. By doing this you can kill two birds from one stone, prevent suicide and you also become a friend of your teen.

You can start with giving them attention and have conversation. Lack of communication is the biggest cause in teenagers these days. They feel left out and think no one is listening to them. Parents should sit and listen to their child and try to find out what is bothering them these days or just normal conversation like what is going on with their school life, friends etc. Plan a trip, go shopping with them and buy them a pet. Pets help a lot. While visiting a psychiatrist ay seem the best options to parents but it could be the worst for teens. This the age where they need their parents the most not some stranger. But do schedule an appointment if needed. Pay attention to their friends and contact their school teachers to know more about their situation.

Take them to a real Bible believing Church and get them saved by asking the LORD for forgiveness of sins and get them "baptised in the name of Jesus Christ" because suicide is a demonic spirit and its the ONLY sin you CAN'T Repent for! meaning you go straight to HELL!

Give time and care to teenagers. know their thoughts on everything. Also, try to understand them, what they want in their life? After that, they will not commit suicide. Even they will not think about it.
At last, the most important thing is "time" & care.
