Modern man is trapped in his own creations and what he needs most is time. Our day to day activity is influenced by the artificiality of life which brings us face to face with stress and tension. Often it happens that we take all things that come our way filling our platter to the fullest and then fail to accomplish the task because of the lack in the skill of time management.Tapping hours is pervasive in nature as it is needed at every level of our progress and each moment of our life. To achieve our goals and meet our expectations it is very necessary to have managerial qualifications of which Time Management is perhaps the most important requirement.
We live in the 21st century where we wish to step ahead of time and overcome its ravishing strides but what we fail to accomplish is the ability to organize ourselves. Personal organization and time management walk hand in hand. Properly managing the time makes us more efficient and flawless which is imperative in todays competitive world.
Discipline forms the basis of Personal Organization as it binds every element present in it; without discipline our life is meaningless and success is far from being achieved. Just as goal reaching is important the first step to that effect is goal setting which when amalgamated with proper time management and personal organization undoubtedly brings fair results.
Another major advantage of being effectively able to control time is that it reduces dependency on others. In todays world when no one is a friend of the other and competition forms the basis of relations only self dependency is the assured way to reach the zenith. With little patience and effective time management skills that will certainly not be an unfulfilled dream.

Of all the resources that we have at our disposal, time may be the most valuable.It's free but "non renewable." Once its gone, its gone - gone forever!!! That's why I like the fact that you emphasized the importance of discipline, personal organization and time management.
