Description:
It is used for large volume production of chocolate coated products, such as puffed rice, nuts, soft candies, raisins, QQ soft candy etc. The machine adopts PLC controlling and man-computer interface. It well sprays chocolate paste on the surface of central materials under the action of the high speed rotation of belt transferring. The automatic conversion for cold air and heat air adjusts chocolate pouring and polishing. It can achieve adjustment of spraying flow, spraying time and atomization spraying according to different central product. The machine adopts electric weighing for material and automatically checks weight for production according to blending ratio.

Details for Special Central Material
The chocolate paste should be filtered before production avoiding the granules in paste influences the taste and is easy to block the spaying nozzles.
