Impressed with the passionate quality I'm already using the size is surreal our super functional one of the best things I bought for sure is big but I loved it.The ball is great for drills. At first it was a bit sticky, but with use it doesn't feel the same way anymore. Is a suitable size to have at home, since it is not one of the big ones, but yes, enough to exercise them.
