Sceldra was born in Sardinia (Italy )and began to sing at the age of five by joining the church choir in her home town. Eventually she became the lead vocalist throughout her early teens. Singing everything from British Pop to Southern Soul,with nuance and grit she polished her style.

As the daughter of a multi talented self-taught musician father- a drummer in a big band back in the 60's and 70's- her constant search for personal expression and passion for music led her singing high energy tunes & easy R&B dance tunes,like Denice Williams or Donna Summer's disco hits in the early 80's.
