If you ONLY have rising damp surrounding your bathroom and no where else in your house, then your bathroom waterproofing membrane has likely failed. You need to either have someone come and do a temporary fix which costs around $2000-$3000 or renovate your bathroom entirely.(Even though we are waterproofers, we do not do bathroom waterproofing I am sorry)
