"RTPR, LLC has entered into an agreement with Answer First, a leading bilingual call center, for the purpose of handling incoming telephone sales. We feel that our software programming for integration with our new call center will be complete by the end of 2011. Upon completion, not only will we be able to take product orders in Spanish and English, we will also be able to double our hours of operation and significantly increase our market reach into Spanish speaking markets globally, stated Ron Snodgrass, CEO.

We are thrilled to be working with a Florida based company, we seriously considered outsourcing in the Dominican Republic and Panama but in the end opted to pay a higher rate to keep the jobs in the United States, added Charles Carlton, Senior Vice President.

RTPR, LLC has established an International Headquarters in Puerto Rico and is on schedule to open up additional distribution centers in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica before the end of 2011.

Our primary focus for our first 13 years was the US market; at the beginning of 2011 we made a major commitment to develop the Latino market. Additionally we are on target to have a distribution center in Canada in Q1 of 2012. We have received numerous requests to open distribution centers throughout the world and we are in serious discussions with potential joint venture partners in Europe and Africa for 2012, stated RTPR, LLC Founder, Tim Flatt.
