Credit Card Change
To begin the payment adjustment setting, log in to the QB Payroll Account Maintenance page. Using Intuit ID and password are needed to sign in successfully. After signing in, you will find the Annual Billing Details option. Simply click on that and use the Billing Information button to make adjustments. In case you do not see any info in the billing details box then you are definitely not the current billing contact. But if the credit card info is visible in the box, then you are the company contact. Just click on the Edit link and you will be able to update the billing info without any hassle.

After clicking on Edit, you will find another option that says Change Payment link. Select it and make the necessary changes.

Modify Bank Account Details
If you are using a bank account as your QuickBooks Enhanced Payroll payment method, go to the My Account website and do follow these steps.

Many times, users make use of the bank account as the payment method. In order to make changes on it, visit the My Account section on the website. Then, log in to your account and go to the Manage my QB page. There you will find different products and services from where you need to select the ones that you need to manage. Now, confirm that you have opened the right company.

Finally, follow these steps and you will be able to update the bank account in a few clicks: -

Choose your payroll service in the Services and Products section.
Look for the billing information section and click on the edit link that is visible next to the payment method option/
Now, enter all the payment details and select save.
